I am always interested in recommendations for which wine with what meat. I don't always want just a white wine with a white meat or fish, so it helps me when someone recommends something like a Pinot Noir with pork roast. We received a bottle of Chardonnay as a gift recently and will be serving it along with Stomping GirlPinot Noir with our Thanksgiving turkey. Perhaps we'll add a bubbly with hors d'oeuvres.....
